Welcome to our spacious quintessential Boston brownstone. This home was built in 1883 and boasts over 3,000 square feet of living space on multiple levels making it perfect for your group. The home offers all the modern amenities you have come to expect while maintaining the old world charm of a brownstone. The kitchen and bathrooms are all modern and spacious, there are multiple living levels where you can comfortably gather or spread out and relax as well as an inviting back deck with plush cushions.
We have furnished this large home to handle large groups of families and friends and unique to our space, coworkers and groups of 4+ looking for individual sleeping areas, will have plenty of privacy across multiple levels. A group of 2 may be more comfortable in on our studios or one bedrooms. Happy to send a link if you are interested in hearing more.
All 4 bedrooms have plush foam mattresses with high-end linens. The downstairs living room features a designer couch.
When you enter the home you will be instantly transferred from the busy city to a quiet charming brownstone that maintains the period detail from when it was built. There is no other quintessential type of property than the brownstone. Everywhere you turn you will see unique art from local artists. The main floor has a living space with decorate fireplace, kitchen with island, formal dining room, and tree-shaded deck out back. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils you would require to whip up a gourmet meal or just a quick lunch. Too tired from walking around all day? Ask us to find you a guest chef for the night.
Walking up the staircase reveals a large living room with 20+ foot ceilings and windows throughout. This space is perfect for the entire group to gather, relax, watch some TV and hang out on the large plush sectional couch. There is one bedroom on this level which affords great privacy and seclusion, as well as a full bathroom. The next floor up reveals two more bedrooms, full bathroom, and a loft living space with skylights that overlooks the living room below. The lower level is complete with a bedroom, full bathroom, and recreation room with direct access to the private parking space.
Other amenities include in a fully stocked laundry room complete with washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry detergent. The home has central air conditioning, high speed internet, and plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens are provided as well.
Finally, should you need space for your car, the home comes with one deeded parking spot right out front the main entrance.

Other things to note
-Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 11:00am. We have to firmly keep to these times as our housekeepers require ample time to prepare for your arrival.

-Please note that the exterior of the building, including the deck, is under 24/7 video surveillance for your protection.
We are located steps to the MBTA Green Line E’s Symphony stop on Huntington.
Located near many colleges such as Berklee, Boston Conservatory, Northeastern University, and New England Conservatory of Music.
It’s a quick walk to Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, and Fenway.
You are an easy commute to Hynes Convention Center, Freedom Trail, Shops at Prudential Center, and plenty of restaurants!
The best of Boston is accessible by foot from our central location, however, we are located near numerous buses and trains too. We are a 3 minute walk to the green line at Symphony Stop on Huntington and a short walk to many buses.
