THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! It's an ideal location just off the Pacific Coast Hwy, yet on a very quiet tree-lined street in a beautiful neighborhood. Enjoy the ten minute walk to the Strands Beach. Salt Creek Beach is just north of Strands where you can catch the trolley in the parking lot (next to the Ritz Carlton) and get a free ride (round-trip) into Laguna Beach where you will find endless shops, restaurants, art galleries and more beaches! Put on your sneakers and walk towards town and there are several award winning restaurants including Luciana's (Italian) or the new Craft House (steak & seafood) both are about 9 minutes on foot. A couple minutes further takes you to Cannons or The Chart House restaurants where you can dine on the cliffs above beautiful Dana Point Harbor. The harbor offers endless entertainment and activities ranging from whale watching, deep sea fishing, sailboat, kayak or paddle board rentals. There is also a baby beach, a Marine Ocean Museum and seasonal music, arts and tall ship festivals. Don't want to brew your own coffee? Starbucks or JJ Beans are just straight down the hill, 6 minutes on foot – two coffee houses, I'm not kidding! Being centrally located between LA and San Diego and close to the 5 Freeway has its advantages. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Seaworld, Hollywood and Universal Studios are all not far away and make excellent day trips. Are you a surfer? Then wax your board and take a quick drive to Salt Creek for some world class surf. Doheny Beach is another local favorite or load up the woody and head south on the 5 it's only 20 minutes to surfer paradise – Trestles Beach in San Clemente. Or head north to Huntington Beach (AKA) Surf City USA! THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
