In the study downstairs there is another full mattress.
There is off-street parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway and to the rear of the property a beautiful landscaped yard and large deck measuring 20′ by 15′. The outside deck, with its own lighting, provides a restful space for stargazing and enjoyment of refreshments at the table and (8) chairs. There is a Weber gas grill, large umbrella for shade (being south facing) and also an inflatable hot-tub and spa for 4 people (weather permitting).
This house is situated in a new and quiet neighborhood, with easy and quick access to major thoroughfares (I35/Parmer/Mopac/I45 & I130 toll roads). It is within close proximity to local bus routes including the express service into downtown Austin. Within a mile is Walnut Creek Park with multiple hiking and bike trails across the north of the city, as well as a public swimming pool open in the summer months. Equally close is an HEB supermarket and a good selection of other stores and restaurants.
